Dr. Lucas works with individuals, couples, and families using a cognitive-behavioral model. He uses a no nonsense solution-focused directive therapy. Dr. Lucas specializes in the treatment of addictive behaviors including substance abuse and eating disorders. He works with issues of co-dependency, adult children of dysfunctional families, victims of violent crime which includes molestation and incest. He has an extensive background in dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management and post traumatic stress disorder.

Marlene Gilbert specializes in working with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression resulting from difficult life transitions. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, Marlene provides a supportive environment in which clients can explore thought patterns and belief systems which may be preventing them from emotional well being and healthy relationships. Marlene has also worked extensively with couples who have the desire to improve communication and strengthen their relationship.

Diane uses a cognitive-behavioral, solution focused model to help children, individuals and families facilitate change and growth. She specializes in the treatment of childhood trauma, including victims of crime; perinatal substance abuse; postpartum depression and attachment disorders. Diane has specialize training using the Marshak Interaction Method (MIM) to assess relational patterns between parents and children. Using Filial Therapy and/or Theraplay techniques, she assists clients in building positive parent-child and family relationships. Diane has extensive experience working with agencies, local schools, and resources within our community to provide a comprehensive system of care for her clients.

Tia Glickman uses a client-centered, strength-based approach working with individuals, couples, families, and children. She offers assistance in the process of exploring choices, building positive relationships, and promoting the emotional and personal development of each person she works with in a safe, empathic environment.  She is trained and experienced in working with grief and bereavement, domestic violence issues, as well as addiction. Tia also enjoys working with children and teens in the Paso Robles School district in both the elementary and high schools.

Julia Renzaglia Miller works with individuals, couples, families, and children using client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy.  She has experience working with women in domestic violence situations and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Through her work in the Atascadero School District, she is currently helping children and teens with emotional and behavioral problems.

Michelle Branch uses primarily a cognitive behavioral based approach to assist clients in uncovering and altering distortions of thought or perceptions which may be causing or prolonging psychological distress. She has gained much of her experience by working with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, life; adjustments, stages, and losses. The settings where she has gained her experience has been through community and county based agencies. Specialized training includes Trauma Focused CBT, Developing Attachment, Bipolar & Schizophrenia Disorders and Using Art in Therapy with Children & Adolescents. Michelle meets each client’s individual needs by tailoring her approach to each client’s preferred style of interaction.

Jaime Christensen specializes in building positive relationships with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. She takes an active and collaborative role in therapy, and utilizes strong skills in communication to establish individual needs and to prepare and deliver appropriate treatment and therapy plans accordingly. Jaime draws from many therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies. Jaime has performed therapy with various client concerns including interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, anger, stress, parenting skills, and divorce. Jaime is trained and has experience in working with women and children who are victims of domestic violence as well, and has worked closely with administration and academic counselors in the Paso Robles and Atascadero School Districts to provide counseling to at-risk teens and their families.

Traci Robichaud

Traci Robichaud currently teaches in the Business Department at Cuesta College. As an 18-year legal veteran, Traci has taught legal studies and conducted legal and customer service workshops.  She has trained attorney staff members and has 16 years of experience as a paralegal/legal document assistant.  Traci has spent 8 years teaching the Divorce Workshop through the Women's Resource Center.  She is also a certified court escort, and has prepared numerous Restraining Orders for the Women's Shelter.
